By analysing your current business needs, ICT services and any issues or problems you’re currently experiencing, we can baseline your ‘Current Operational State’. Taking into account business plans and direction, along with the views and ideas of your team we can design a ‘Future Operational State’ and develop a strategy to enable your ICT to make the transition from ‘Current’ to ‘Future’, helping to achieve those business goals and, where possible, more cost effectively. This will include your business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
Plan
Once the review is complete and the strategy developed and agreed, we’ll start a project to deliver the strategy based around PRINCE2. This approach minimises risk and constantly monitors the project to ensure its objectives are still valid and achievable. Whilst a project is underway, the world changes and it may well be that something comes along to alter the strategy in some way. Our approach identifies and manages such change.
Deliver
Being independent and supplier agnostic means we’re not tied to any particular technology or supplier, thereby ensuring your technology partners and solutions are the best possible match for your requirements. Where appropriate, we will build and maintain existing relationships, changing only when there is a clear benefit in doing so: mobile phone providers being an example.
